At first, Reddit was designed for people who wanted to share their stories but as the platform grew it became the largest popular platform to ask and spread their thoughts. Some subreddits came up with weird answers to the question. Here is a widely spread compilation of answers by Older women on Reddit when asked about what things worry them that younger girls do.

"Surgeries, fillers, Botox"

Wrote user caliradogal, She further said, "Younger girls are ruining their faces. I hate seeing it!"

"They do not think they are enough"

A response coming from the user missmillymoo62. She said, "They don't realise how strong they are, or how brave they are, Or how smart they are."

"Seeking validation from others"

"Putting their whole life online and using it to seek validation from others." Posted by user tquinn04.

"Sending nudes to random strangers online"

The complete reply from the user staylorga was: "Taking and sending nudes to random strangers you meet online. I just don't understand the whole thing."

"Idolizing sex work"

Supporting this another user Succesful-Quote-436 wrote, "Yes this. Women go on tiktok making videos glorifying sex work. On instagram there are "sugar babies" posting about their lavish lifestyles all the time and young impressionable girls eat this up. It's very sad, and all lies."

This reply was called anti-feminist and misogynistic by most young readers.

"Not valuing themselves"

Wrote Bones1225"I don't think enough young women value themselves all that much, beyond their physical beauty. And I don't think they are really aware of that. It's so beaten into our heads for our entire life. I didn't learn until my late twenties to view my "self" as valuable because I am smart, creative, kind, helpful. It worried me very much whether or not I was sexually appealing. I will say I do value physical beauty and it has benefits but it is not at all everything. I wish I would have learned this earlier."
