She further stated, "I feel good mentally and physically, after a long while to be honest. My children are everything to me and I am achieving balance in my life. I'm going out, more cooking or golf. No cleaners, No nannies, Just me." The kind caption shows her longing for photography especially after she turned her life to making her family and their health the topmost priority.

In response to harsh comments regarding her looks and their raging lifestyle choices, the former reality star confessed, "I hear the comments about food and it is something I am working on. Overdoing some things is not good." She does, however, seem to retain her basic instinct to take life lightly even as she strives hard to improve.

Her life is for so many of us what it seems like who went through or goes through depression to take the step and ask for help. That taking the chance and as the time calls to break the taboos is alright.
