Remember when your parents came home from the hospital and you saw a tiny hand of a newly born baby wrapped in a soft towel.
You jumped in excitement and asked your parent and they told you it is a baby girl, hearing this you ran to your school bag and brought a self-made card with a note- "Welcome Baby Sister".
Now you two may be in your 20s but this memory never fades away.

Forgive her mistakes
Your sister always tries to share everything with you but sometimes she fears that what if you do not give her permission to go to a late-night party or to try a cigarette. And when some "Uncle from far away" catches her and tells your parent, it should be you who ask your parents to not be so harsh on her and assure them that it will not happen again. Trust me your sister will never forget this and from that day on she will always tell you everything.
Tell her that You are proud of her
When you see your little munchkin cooking for the first time or fixing her closet, tell her that she is so good at these and she should be doing these more often. Appreciate her if she brings you something from her pocket money and in return take her to a surprise window shopping. *wink*
Let her fight but always have her back
You must remember saving your kiddo from bullies in school and fighting with everyone for her. Well now is the perfect time to let her use all the skills you have taught. She is your little sister no matter what happens you still have got her back and she knows that she can rely on you. She will always be in need of your advice wherever you two go.
Talk openly about the things
Your sister always learns from you. For her, it will be awkward at first to talk about private things but when you will tell her everything, she'd be comfortable sharing things like her first kiss, or a hot outfit she secretly wore.
