Let her make her own decisions
People always justify that they don't support their women's decisions because they don't want her to be in any kind of trouble, They are women, they tend to choose wrong or they have never done this before so. Come on, bring some new excuses. Making mistakes makes you learn things deeply, it strengthens the root of your faith in yourself.
Respect her way of doing things
If she chooses to work differently from your advice, respect that. It doesn't matter if you are her parent, brother, or sister, you do not have the authority to interrupt her all the time. Be nice and appreciate her choices.
Don't limit their time
Yes, women have been told that they have to qualify for this exam at some certain time (told by their own family) otherwise they will get her married to a boy of their choice. In India middle-class and lower-middle-class families, these things are considered normal.
Women are human too, they also need time and focus to get their achievements, you do not have any right to limit their time.
Fun is made for them too
Late-night parties, and going out with friends are supposed to be fun but these are the places where they spoil their moods the most, why? Because their mothers call and yell in between the party, saying- "Your father is coming, what I'm going to tell him, come soon otherwise I'll tell him everything."
Think about the time they invested to enjoy their weekend and your one call snatched away everything.
