The Meaning Behind Every Rose Color: Read Before Picking One

Rose Day 2023, the first day of Valentine's week falls on February 7 which is about to come. If you are new to Valentine's week and its way of celebration you might not wanna disappoint your significant other by picking the wrong color of a rose. Before Valentine's begins why not let you make sure that you are going right and that your day on 7 February will be a kickstart of Valentine's week? Since every rose color signifies some different meaning so it will be a mistake if we go straight and place the order without even knowing the person whom we love. If rose day has a reserve day throughout the year then why take it lightly, that too when it is supposed to give to your partner and loved ones. Let's have a look at these particular meanings that each rose has to say.

Pink Roses

You might have heard of a 'Thank You Flower' over the years when you didn't care about celebrating Valentine's Day but now everything has changed. You are no more a college nerd with huge glasses on. And you probably don't want to give your S.O. a pink rose because it symbolizes gratitude and appreciation. Although if you want to choose a rose for a friend to say thank you, you are good to go. It also represents happiness and sweetness. People link pink roses to feminity, so avoid presenting a pink rose to someone who is a hardcore 'mannish'.

Yellow Roses

The yellow rose represents Friendship. This is my personal favorite, I remember a friend of mine from school days who used to bring me yellow roses on no particular day. Most people bring yellow roses on birthdays and housewarming parties. Those who are nervous to initiate but don't want to look rude can opt for yellow roses. It is known as 'Safest Rose'.

Orange Roses

Orange rose lies between love and friendship. If you have initiated and things are going great then choose Orange rose to show your desire to go a step further. Valentine's week is all about asking out and taking everything step by step and gradually. You can also go for deep orange when to express your passion and intense desire.

White Roses

White roses are supposed to signify naiveness, trust, loveliness, sincerity, and the beginning of a love affair. If your S.O. has given you white roses it means they trust you and are happy that you are in their life. It also might say that they want to take things slowly but they believe you and look forward to the upcoming times shared between them.

Red Roses

This is the purest symbol of love. This equivalently tells that you are offering someone your heart and they are the only ones for whom it beats. It conveys your deep desires for togetherness and romantic love. People wait to be asked out with a red rose because they know what it comes with when it is Valentine's week.
